The mortality rates for birthing people of color are significantly higher compared to Caucasian women. This is primarily due to racial disparities. Despite the educational level or socioeconomic background ethnicity is a contributing factor to these statistics. Regardless of the struggle many women of color may face, nothing is more rewarding than assisting anxious moms to bring life into the world.
